How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, please email us at:
info@hisofttechnology.com
Please include:
- Your registered email address used for Google Sign-In
- Your name
- Your organization name, if applicable
- A clear request: "Please delete my TA-DA Tour Master account and data"
Data deleted
- User profile details
- Employee details
- Tour records
- TA/DA claim entries
- Receipt attachments uploaded by the user
- Reimbursement/report records stored in the app cloud database
Data that may be retained
- Records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, audit, or compliance purposes
- Backup copies for a limited period before automatic deletion
Retention period
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some backup or legally required records may be retained for up to 90 days or longer if required by law.
